Sheraton Davidson Hotel & Convention Center - Hotel, 155 room six-story and 17000 square foot convention center on six acres near Griffith Sreet and Exit 30. The town planning board recently approved the project, and the town board is expected to consider it March 13. If approved, construction could begin in the summer.

Davidson East - A mixed-use development composed of 518 residences ad 228,100 sq. ft. of commercial space on NC 73 about one mile west of the county line in Davidson. Construction likely to start in the fall on the 272 single family homes, 97 townhomes, 142 apartments and seven live-work units.
River Run (Phase V) - The final phase of an 838 home subdivision, golf course and country club consisting of 122 homes. The final phase is on the southeast side of River Run at the end of Shearer Road in Davidson and is expected to be finished in 2009. FIND HOMES IN RIVER RUN
Summers Walk - A mixed use developent of 579 residences, 224 townhomes, and composed of 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial on NC 73 about a half mile from he county line in Davidson. The residential is expected to be completed in 2009 and the commercial in 2012.
